Refund Policy:Due to international shipping, customs duties, taxes, and handling costs, refunds are not offered once an order has been delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery
Clear photos and video(optional- but recommended) are required as proof
The product must be unused and in original condition
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped to you.
Returns for Personal Reasons (Non-Damaged Items): If the product is delivered in good condition but you wish to return it due to personal reasons (such as change of mind), it can be done within 3 days of delivery
All shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer
